I wander alone
   Through the misty twilight
      In the glistening evening snow,
In the dark and the dreary nights
      when the careless winds blow,
   Through the mountains and valleys
      where faint voices echo,
as the sun going down far west
      reflects on the sea below.
I wander alone
where a girl dances with the wind
and wonders if it'll last forever
   where the joy of beauty
that charms the heart will cease never
like the carvings in the stones
      that the sea waves endeavor
   will the ramblings
      I wonder will stop ever.
